How we rank

What gets listed

A product needs a public website and a job an agent actually does: listing copy, follow-up, photos, video, transaction files, pricing, chat, or scheduling. The description on this site is limited to what that website says. If a page would not load, or it did not describe an AI feature, the product stayed off the list.

What “rank” means here

We do not score tools from 1 to 10. Category pages and the unfiltered directory are alphabetical by product name. Search puts a name match ahead of a mention in the description, then returns to alphabetical order.

Editor's picks on the homepage are a selection across everyday jobs. They are labeled. They are not paid. Order in that row is not a quality ranking.

Sponsored listings

The directory makes money from sponsored listings and from the newsletter. A sponsor pays to be labeled Sponsored and shown with the featured tools. Sponsorship does not change alphabetical order and does not rewrite the facts. The introductory rate is $49 per month, and that rate may change. Details are on the Get featured page.

General-purpose tools

Some products agents use every day, such as a general writing assistant or a scheduling link, were not built only for real estate. Those listings are marked General-purpose so they are not mistaken for a brokerage platform.

Dates

Last verified is the day we read the vendor site. Added is the day the product joined this directory, which is what New this week uses. Neither date is a launch date.

What this site is not

It is not legal, fair-housing, or MLS advice. It is not an appraisal. It does not sell the software it lists, and a listing is not an endorsement. When a detail disagrees with the vendor, believe the vendor and check the date on our page.
