What each product is
ListingAgent.io is a marketing workspace for licensed agents. The site describes MLS descriptions, photo enhancement, virtual staging, social posts, emails, and market reports. It says generated descriptions are screened for discriminatory language, and that you still review them before they go into the MLS.
Saleswise is also built for agents, and the homepage leads with the CMA. You type an address and it drafts comps and a suggested price. Staging, flyers, listing descriptions, emails, and blog posts are in the same account. Its comparison page says the CMA does not require an MLS login and uses public listing data plus property records.
