The FAQ on that same page says virtual staging is added on Expert, so confirm which line the checkout follows. Interior AI lists Pro at $49 a month for 1,000 designs and names virtual staging on Premium at $99 a month. The same Interior AI page also says the Pro plan stages 1,000 times a month for $390 a year. HomeDesignsAI's separate free page says interior staging needs no sign-up and shows 2 credits. Interior AI did not list a free plan.
What you are buying
HomeDesignsAI takes a photo and redesigns the interior, the exterior, or the garden. The homepage says the walls, windows, and layout stay. The plan cards also list sky and weather swaps, a photo-to-video walkthrough, and a 2D-to-3D floor plan. It is a general design tool with a page aimed at real estate, not brokerage software.
Interior AI also starts from a photo. It has modes for restyling a room, filling an empty room, outdoor design, and turning a sketch or a SketchUp screenshot into a render. The page says a render takes about 25 seconds. It is a general design product as well.

The FAQ says a yearly plan starts at a discounted first-year rate and does not print that yearly price next to the monthly cards.
Interior AI, checked the same day: Pro $49 per month for 1,000 designs, Premium $99, Ultra $199. Yearly billing is described as more than 50 percent cheaper than monthly. The $390-a-year staging line and the Premium staging line are both on the page, and they do not name the same plan.
