Cloze has the lower published entry price and a free plan after the trial. Pro is $17 a month billed annually, or $19.99 month to month, and the pricing page says a lapsed trial becomes a free plan with contact management and an email inbox. Generative writing and the Maia assistant are on Platinum, at $42 per user billed annually. Follow Up Boss, checked Oct 20, 2026, does not list a free plan. Grow is $69 per user per month, or $58 billed annually, and the pricing page says AI features are included on every plan. Choose Cloze when you want a published solo price under $20 and you can live without Platinum's generative tools. Choose Follow Up Boss when the job is lead routing for a team and you are paying Grow or above.
What each product is
Cloze files email, calls, files, and notes on the contact without the data entry the vendor describes. The marketing site presents it as a real estate CRM with marketing and lead tools. Generative AI on the Platinum list includes listing descriptions from a few facts, a ghostwriter for email, and Smart Edit. Maia can draft email and push a property to Cloud CMA. The help center says what you do in Maia is not used to train AI.
Follow Up Boss is a CRM for agents, ISAs, and teams. It routes leads from many sources and keeps calls, texts, and email on the contact. The pricing page says the AI drafts follow-up from how the team already works, and that some of those features use data from FUB Calling. That listing was checked Oct 20, 2026, and it was not re-read for this page.

Follow Up Boss, Oct 20, 2026: Grow is $69 per user per month plus tax, or $58 billed annually. Pro is $499 per month for 10 users, or $416 billed annually. Platform is $1,000 per month for 30 users, or $833 billed annually. The yearly pricing view lists calling at $33 per user. A help-center page updated September 11, 2026 lists the Grow calling add-on at $39 per user per month.
