What it does
Calendly is general scheduling software. A free plan covers one event type and one calendar. Paid plans add routing, payments, and team tools. The vendor's AI pieces are Callie, which you can add to an email thread to find a time, and Notetaker, which joins Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams and drafts a recap and follow-up. The pricing page says Notetaker and Callie are on Standard and Teams plans, not on the free plan. Teams is listed at $16 per seat per month when billed yearly.
