What it does
CINC (Commissions, Inc.) sells an all-in-one system for agents and teams: Google and Facebook lead generation, an IDX website, a CRM, and follow-up automations it calls AutoTracks. CINC AI is an add-on. The homepage says it notifies you when a lead is ready for a conversation. The pricing page lists CINC AI starting at $200 per month, and a separate dialer add-on at $75 per month for 3 lines. The vendor's help center describes the AI add-on as generative text conversations that try to move a lead toward an appointment, switched on by an account manager.
