What it does
Fello is built for real estate teams. The site calls Felix an AI teammate that follows up across email, text, and phone, and says the product keeps a living database of contacts. On the pricing page, the published plans include an AI lead score, contact summaries, generative writing, and nurture email. AI calling, AI text, one-to-one AI email, and team handoffs are labeled as a separate Felix plan. Growth starts at $499 per month, or $415 per month billed annually, for 3,000 active contacts and 3 Copilot seats. Additional contacts are listed at $50 per month per 1,000, and the FAQ says exceeding a contact tier upgrades the plan to the next tier. Scale starts at $799 per month ($665 annually). Enterprise starts at $2,000 per month ($1,667 annually). The pricing table also lists additional users at $50 per month. The FAQ mentions a Starter plan for a single user, but that price was not on the plan cards. The Felix add-on price was not on the card either.
