What it does
Cloze is a CRM for real estate. It files email, calls, files, and notes against the contact without manual entry, and the marketing site describes CRM, marketing, and lead tools for brokerages. The pricing page lists Cloze Pro at $17 per month billed annually, or $19.99 month to month. Business Silver is $21 per user per month annually, or $24.99 month to month. Business Gold is $29 per user, or $34.99 month to month. Business Platinum is $42 per user, or $49.99 month to month. A 14-day trial does not require a card. If you do not subscribe, the account moves to a free plan the page describes as contact management and an email inbox. Generative AI, including listing descriptions from a few facts, a ghostwriter, and Smart Edit, is in the Platinum feature group. The help center says Maia, the voice and text assistant, is in beta on Platinum and above, and that what you do in Maia stays in Cloze. A Concierge add-on is listed at $20 per user per month with a $500 per month minimum.
