What it does
Upfirst is an AI answering service for businesses, not a real estate CRM. It answers calls you forward, collects the details you train it to ask, and texts or emails a summary. It can book into Google Calendar, Outlook, Calendly, Acuity, Square, and Clio, or transfer the call. The homepage says plans start at $24.95 a month for 30 calls, annual billing is 20 percent off, and you can try it free for two weeks. The pricing page lists Starter at $24.95 a month for 30 calls, or $20 a month billed annually, with extra calls at $1.50. Premium is $59.95 for 90 calls, or $48 annually, with extra calls at $1. Pro is $159.95 for 300 calls, or $128 annually, at $0.75 per extra call. Scale is $299 for 600 calls, or $240 annually, at $0.70 per extra call. A custom plan is offered above 600 calls. Spam is not billed, and neither are calls under 15 seconds or calls where the caller never speaks. An additional receptionist is $9.95 a month. The FAQ says there is no contract.
